Surabaya (2-3/12), Pelindo III as SOEs company held Coordination Meeting that highlightes the theme of Building Up National Synergy for Indonesian Growth. It was held in Grha Barunawati and attended by Top Level Management of Pelindo II Group. The speakers were come from 8 provinces and 5 ministries, who were Syahrul Yasin Limpo as Minister of Agriculture Republic Indonesia, Ganjar Pranowo as Central Java Governor, Eko Hariyadi Budiyanto as President Director of Pelindo Marine Service who had a fishing port development discussion with Yohanes Dwi Wahyono as Head of Regional Development Planning Board in DI Yogyakarta.

Equally important, this meeting focused on cold storage facility and supply chain management of fishing industry and exporters. Dredgers of PT PMS has participated to handle dredging project in  Kulon Progo, DIY.
President Director of PT Pelindo Energi Logistik, Kokok Susanto, also engaged the discussion. He asked a question to Sampe L. Purba who currently holds position as Expert Staff to The Minister of Energy and Mineral Resources, about how does the eagerness of national energy transportation as Indonesian Government’s masterplan, both from point of production to the end-use point of consumption. Energy transportation becomes ever more challenging for Indonesia as archipelago country. Sampe L. Purba declared that fundamental masterplan has been formed and opened wide opportunities for various alliances, especially SOEs to develop logistics transportation service in Indonesia.

PT Pelindo Marine Service (PMS), as the subsidiary of Pelindo III, won at Top Digital Awards 2019, in Sultan Hotal, Jakarta, Wednesday (27/11). President Director of PMS, Eko Hariyadi Budiyanto, attended the awarding night, and officially received the award of Top Digital Implementation 2019 on Logistics and Transportation Sector Level 3 Stars.

“Top Digital Awards 2019 for Pelindo Marine Service, becomes the representative of SOEs and another logistics transportation sectors. This prestigious award as a proof that SOEs currently urge the commitment to engage the IT implementation. . In the logistics transportation sector, Pelindo Marine Service implements the technology as solution to deal with disruption and develop business efficiency process,” said Eko Hariyadi Budiyanto after officially received the award.

Furthermore, he declared that PMS Management encourages maturity level of technology implementation. By having the proper technology, PMS is able to integrate the PMS business service with the three subsidiaries. Consequently, the company business portofolio will expand and attract overseas market, includes the out of captive market (obligatory service in the ports of Pelindo III).

“Currently, PMS Group has handled pilotage service for international ships of VLCC tanker, to provide safe and efficient service in Straits of Malacca and Singapore. Besides handling marine services, the subsidiary of PMS that focuses on dredging, PT APBS(Alur Pelayaran Barat Surabaya), is responsible for handling dredging on megaproject construction of  Patimban Port that has been managed by consortium Indonesian and Japan company,” said

At the same time, Head of National Code Cyber Agency (BSSN) Hinsa Siburian, declared its keynote speech, urges all parties, including business community, to build the capacity and capability in order to deal with any threat. Especially, the best strategy is dominating in information technology sector.

 “The cyber security can’t be safe by applying any standard measurement of particular country or groups in a country. However, we can cooperate and collaborate to maintain the safe cyber,” he stated.

Top Digital Awars 2019 becomes the annual award that remarks on corporate rating , to implement the information technology. This awarding was attended by several companies, e.g State Owned Enterprises, Regionally-Owned Enterprises, private company, ministries and government institution (central and regional. In 2019, there were almost 700 institutions that attended this competition.

"In the future we will strive to improve export performance, investment flows, encouraging industries, especially export industries, and the most important is to increase tourism. "The effort is about to improve economic competitiveness, and it is crucial, especially through structural overhaul.
