"In the future we will strive to improve export performance, investment flows, encouraging industries, especially export industries, and the most important is to increase tourism. "The effort is about to improve economic competitiveness, and it is crucial, especially through structural overhaul. Therefore, political stability and security are needed by maintaining yet maintaining the unity of society, nation and state," he said. These events of the 12th Cooperation Forum (CF), The 44th Tripartite Technical Experts Group (TTEG) dan The 12th Project Coordination Committee (PCC), was held in PO Hotel, Semarang. It was the annual meeting that focused on the development and safety aspects of maritime shipping and protection in Straits of Malacca and Singapore. This forum also aimed to accommodate the awareness of International  Maritime Organization (IMO), on the issue of maritime shipping and protection in Straits of Malacca and Singapore, which become the crucial integrated straits into the international market. As the integrated strait of some ASEAN countries, IMO encourages Indonesia Singapore, and Malaysia to build a forum that focuses on that issue. President Director of PT PMS (PT Pelindo III) as the representative of Port and Maritime Affairs Republic Indonesia, that has been invited by Ministry of Transportation.

Wednesday, 21/8/2019, was held the annual meeting  of  38th Asean Maritime Transportation Working Group Meeting in  Amara Hotel, Singapore.  This meeting was attended by several delegates who came from Southeast Asia countries, China, Hongkong, and Japan.  Eko Hariyadi Budiyanto as the President Director of PT. Pelindo Marine Service was the delegation of Pelabuhan Indonesia III (Persero). It was also attended by Ministry of Transportation Republic Indonesia, Wisnu Handoko, as  Directorate General of Maritime Transportation. This meeting focused on the maritime transportation development  in Southeast Asia countries, training development, quality development  of health, safety, and environment management in Southeast Asia Ports.
